Greetings! It has been a long time since I have posted an update to the website, because I have been very busy in the last few months!


For a start, I was busy wrapping up my Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance! It has been exhausting pursuing a degree while working full time, recovering from surgery, and trying to set up this business. I guess the only thing more tiring would be if I was planning a wedding at the same time!



We were married at the end of June, and took a couple of weeks off to re-calibrate. I'm so grateful for all the hurdles cleared and accomplishments gained over the past couple of years. But now as I move ahead, it's time to get down to business—literally!


I'm pleased to announce a kind of re-launch for CozyTech, now that I have more time and energy to put into it! I want to encourage you to reach out, even just to introduce yourself and have a chat about what CozyTech is all about. You are welcome to let me know moe about who you are, and what kinds of tech needs you might have. Whether it's a problem (no matter how small!) you want solved, or you'd like to learn more about using or troubleshooting your devices on your own, CozyTech is here to help. We aren't going to sell you services you don't need, and we'd love to you, even if you don't to purchase any services at this time.


We'd also love for you to tell a friend. To this end, CozyTech is introducing a referral program. If a client comes to CozyTech by way of your referral, we will waive the $20 booking fee for your next service appointment!


We are also introducing CozyTech Q&A, a kind of mailbag feature, in which we discuss questions and issues from among the community.


Lastly (and this will take a little more time to put together), CozyTech is in the planning stages of inroducing video content to inform and educate, and which you can share with friends and family who may find such videos beneficial. CozyTech Q&A content will be eligible to be turned into these sorts of videos, so please don't be shy in asking your questions!
