Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At CozyTech, we understand that schedules sometimes change. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we’ve established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Your booking fee covers the time and resources we invest in securing your appointment, including travel and the initial diagnostic. It also acts as a deposit that protects us from potential revenue loss when cancellations occur, as filling last-minute openings can be challenging.

Cancellation


If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us time to offer your slot to other clients.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. Unfortunately, due to the short notice, it’s unlikely we’ll be able to fill your slot.

Rescheduling​

 

First reschedule: You may reschedule your appointment one time without losing your booking fee, provided you provide notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This ensures flexibility for you while allowing us to adjust our schedule.

 

Subsequent reschedules: If you need to reschedule more than once, a new booking fee will be required for each additional reschedule.

No-Show Policy

 

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to book a future appointment.
