Regarding Upcoming Availability

Here we go again.
Here we go again.

A year goes by so fast, doesn't it? This time last year, I was preparing for surgery to correct a flat foot. They operated on me at the beginning of October, and I was out of action for CozyTech visits for several months.

You may have guessed where this is going. Since I have two feet, I need a second surgery, to fix the other foot, now that the first one is healed. That means that once more, I will be unavailable for a couple of months as we head toward the holiday season.

What does that mean for my tech need?

I'd love for you to reach out regardless. You can call or text the CozyTech phone number, send an email, or use the contact form. There may be things I can advise you on which won't require a visit. There may be things that I can help you resolve remotely. There may be issues I can come help you resolve if there aren't too many stairs in your house. Or, I may be able to refer you to another local technician who is able to meet your need while I am out. But I'd especially love to make your acquaintance and try to talk through your situation even if I can't come right away to help—at the end of the phone call I'll be sure to leave you with a solid plan for your next steps, if nothing else.

Can I still donate a laptop for refurbishment for low-income individuals?

Of course! The only thing is, you may have to bring it to me. My wife will be able to drive me around (this time, it's my "go foot" that will be out of commission, and I'll need chauffeured for a while), but if you have the ability to drop it off, that will make things easy. Just use any of the typical means of contacting me, and we can set something up!

When will CozyTech be fully available again?

Based on how long things took last year, I would say December will be when I can start to move around in my boot again. Somewhere in January, I'll be moving without the aid of a crutch (I hope). As I said, though, you are always welcome to reach out to me, and I will let you know at that time what I can do to help, or otherwise advise you on what to try next if I am unavailable.
