Hello! I've been having a busy but restful holiday, and I hope yours has been good too. I was lucky to have my family, and my fiancee's family, all in-town for Christmas, and this year, she and I decided to stay in and have a restful New Year's Eve at home.

I'm writing to remind everyone that the holiday prices are still in effect through the end of January, so be sure to book a visit, buy a gift card, or simply reach out through email or phone so we can make an introduction, and I can offer a free consultation on your situation if you're not yet sure about service. And because I don't think it was necessarily clear enough before, I've added the "free consultation" language to the Contact page, because I really want people to know they can reach out without any risk of obligation or a high-pressure sales pitch. I'm just happy to meet you and discuss your tech issues, and if you decide CozyTech is right for you, that's terrific; if not, maybe we can put our heads together and figure out your next steps in another direction.

I'm also offering a little update on the state of the website. I've added my industry certifications to the About section, so prospective customers can consider CozyTech with the confidence of both my years of experience and the recognition of more objective measures, such as not-for-profit testing bodies CompTIA and ISC2.

Sending my kind regards and wishing you warmth, safety and comfort in this brisk January weather!
