Hello! This is a brief update to let you know that the site has undergone some additional tweaks that should add to the user experience:
Language across pages has been clarified
Service offerings, security packages, pricing information, and gift cards have all been bundled under one drop-down menu (called Offerings) in the main menu. Previously, not all of these items were consistently easy to locate (or if they were, the menu became too visually cluttered).
Policies and Discounts have been bundled under one drop-down menu section of the same name. Unfortunately, it doesn't display the way I'd like on the Mobile version of the website. I'll have to look further into whether that can be fixed, or otherwise change the name to fit. Still, this should make especially interesting information like various discounts or the cancellation policy easier to find, while, again, avoiding main menu clutter.
Digital keepsakes were added to relevant sections. This actually happened a few days ago, but I didn't make a note of it in the News entry I wrote at that time. CozyTech offers digitization services for photos and some forms of tapes. VHS and MiniDV tape we can easily do, although we'll need to acquire additional hardware before other types of tape can be digitized. We have a specialty document-feed style scanner that is tailor-made for rapid photo scanning—this is distinct from a typical document-feed scanner, which would risk harming the photos due to its aggressive ingestion. This photo scanner will actually stop as soon as it detects any impropriety, such as a bend, crease, too-thick photo, etc., and so there is no risk of damaging your photos. And the great thing about digitizing photos and videos isn't just that you're safely preserving them in case their original media (the paper, the tape) is somehow damaged or destroyed: you're also getting the ability to create infinite future copies, using flash drives, printing services, Cloud uploads, etc. This isn't our flagship service, but it's a service we think is important and are proud to offer.
